為什麼各家車廠一直在致力研發省油技術，但輪圈尺寸卻一直升級?

一直以來心中一直有個疑問

在這個提倡節能減碳環保的時代，各家車廠無不致力研發新的引擎科技來達到節能省油的目標

但...原廠車輪圈卻一台比一台大，我們不都知道輪圈小的比較輕、比較省油嗎?

最近看到的是日本馬六2.5，用了一堆科技來提升油耗，但原廠卻配了19吋鋁圈!!!???

是為了強調性能?操控?還是美觀呢?還是想要魚與熊掌兼得呢?

若是操控，之前的CAMRY 3000cc，原廠也是配到17吋，這車大家都知道應該跟操控無關吧，不是該省油嗎?15、16吋就夠了吧
