【王覺一／綜合報導】得點圈貧打問題一直是金鶯近期最大困擾，今天在9局下絕地大反攻，無人出局攻佔滿壘，卻還是只能靠內野滾地球追回1分，最終仍是以再見雙殺打結束比賽，以2比4不敵白襪。
 
金鶯全場11次得點圈打擊都未能敲出安打，另1分是靠瓊斯(Adam Jones)本季第31支全壘打。光芒同日以4比1擊敗水手，使得金鶯在美聯外卡戰落後光芒2場勝差。
