一、營業時間由上午十一時延後到下午二時開始。
二、因颱風因素引起水管漏水之維修，修了一個禮拜還沒修好。
三、美容師人數突然大減。
四、預約老點要等三小時，不預約老點也要等二小時。
這已經嚴重影響消費者權益了，有人知道發生問題的真正原因嗎？
