標題[問題] 正職變派遣?

目前在職中， 已工作2~3年， 因為想換個有前景及錢景的工作 ， 八月底開始投履歷， 有家自己投的公司有通知面試， 該公司職缺在104沒有註明派遣或正職， 就想說應是正職， 中間過程我完全沒有和派遣公司有接觸， 通知面試的也是公司， 今天去面試公司卻和我說這個缺是派遣(不算約聘)， 會另外簽約一年一簽， 福利和一般員工完全相同， 差別只是發薪的是派遣公司， 因為目前公司人數太多， 有機會可轉成一般員工。 想請問大家， 公司一開始沒講清楚算違法嗎? 因為感覺自己好像被騙， 且面試有三關， 目前通過第一關， 感覺要過好幾關且又是派遣很沒保障... 目前還沒談到薪水、希望待遇、在職工作薪水等問題，只聽說薪水還不錯，我自己是覺得薪水若沒多很多就再找別的工作~ 不曉得大家若遇到這種情況會如何決擇呢? -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 112.78.73.92
