央行二年期NCD加權利率0.797%

中央銀行繼上月重啟睽違10年的兩年期定存單 (NCD)標售後，今 (12)日進行第二次的兩年期NCD、100億元額度的標售。開標結果，加權平均得標利率為0.797%，略低於市場預期，但較上月標售的同天期存單0.78%高出1.7個基本點。

央行8月時進行了10年來首度二年期定期存單的標售，引發市場關注。今天是央行連續第二個月標售二年期定期存單，此次投標總金額為527億台幣，投標倍數為5.27倍，加權平均得標利率為0.797%，略低於市場預期的0.8-0.85%左右。

市場預期美國聯準會應在下周舉行的會議中，推出縮減購債規模計畫，但因台灣出口表現尚未明顯轉強，預計央行9月底的理監事會中，應維持基準利率不變，甚至預估今年年底前都還不會升息。
