約談判討工程款　欠錢男跳大排落跑

【石永軒╱新北報導】新北市吳姓包商上個月委託陳姓油漆工6件工程，答應付給酬勞12萬元，沒想到工程都如期完工後，吳男竟耍賴皮不給錢。

今天下午3點許，雙方約在泰山區中港大排旁堤防談判，雙方一言不和發生扭打，吳姓包商竟跳入水深約一人高的水溝內，游至對岸落跑。
