(就一家房仲公司正上方) 鄰近交通：公車站就在樓下旁邊 所在樓層：2F 租金(月)：4500 /月，獨立電表 (房間內電費自計，公共空間不含) 押 金：2個月 (原為每月五千，參考圖片上也是如此寫， 現在租金調為4500/月，我好希望能快點幫忙找到房客 XDD) 公共設施：洗衣機、飲水機、小冰箱提供，無客廳、烘衣機、電視 格局坪數：3-5坪 隔間材質：木板 能否接受寵物：否 參考圖片:http://sale.591.com.tw/rent-detail-615299.html 備 註：(連結是以前的，現在房子管理人已經換了) 個人家庭經濟因素，沒有辦法再繼續租下去... 可是卡在押金問題，希望找到人續租...(我很希望押金能拿回啊...) 身分要求，學生、上班族都可以， 房子下樓後就有塊空地可以停摩托車， 要是不會騎車，旁邊就有公車站。 一層樓有五間房，目前我不租的那間靠窗，採光良好，白天不需要開燈，電費頗省。 (參考圖片為中間不靠窗內間，所以現場看屋比較準) 室友人都很好，都是學生，生活很單純， 雖然大家比較忙，碰面機會比較少，但都很親切，相處容易。 有什麼問題也可以站內信詢問。 降價囉，希望快點能租出去!!!
