誣告小叔弒夫　婦判2月

【詹智淵／彰化報導】埔鹽鄉59歲紀姓婦人與陳姓小叔因拆屋還地交惡，竟在丈夫酒後意外死亡的15年後，出面指控小叔涉嫌殺害先生，不但多次聲稱是死者託夢，還要求開棺驗屍。弟弒兄案經檢察官裁定不起訴確定，彰化地院今依誣告罪判紀婦2月有期徒刑，且不得易科罰金。
