新買的Z1 震動會時有時無~求解

小弟的Z1是第一批發貨時9/27買的
想請問一下各位會不會有這個問題
平常用都好好的
可是會突然按返回鍵或來電時就是不會震動
過一下又突然恢復按返回或來電時都有震動
(中間什麼設定都沒更改過)
已經有恢復原廠設定過一次 情況還是一樣時好時壞
想請問這樣有需要送修嗎? 還是這是通病
因為聽說SONY維修非常的不方便 讓我實在不敢貿然送修...

PS 我手機平放在桌面按返回鍵時都感覺不到有震動~拿起來用時按返回鍵又正常有震動
不知道大家是不是都這樣

還請各位多多解惑指教
