檢評會委員洪泰文全程回避

檢察官評鑑委員會下午開會審查檢察總長黃世銘爆料高檢署檢察長陳守煌、檢察官林秀濤接受關說案，評鑑委員會討論作出決議。高檢署檢察長陳守煌、檢察官林秀濤與檢察總長黃世銘、檢察官鄭深元送評鑑案分為兩個獨立個案。

最高檢察署檢察官兼書記官長洪泰文，經半數委員建議，決定全程迴避審查陳林案與黃鄭案。民間司法改革協會曾向監察院告發黃世銘濫權監聽；函送黃世銘、鄭深元受檢評會評鑑，所以與司改會有關的委員高涌誠、李念祖；因有陳守煌受評鑑，檢察官鄭鑫宏、張曉雯先迴避審查會，但會參與大會評鑑。

法官邵燕玲、法律教授蔡明誠和詹森林初審陳守煌、林秀濤案，由邵當主辦委員；律師吳陸光、台大新聞所教授彭文正、法律教授張麗卿初審黃世銘、鄭深元案，由吳主辦委員。
