前一陣子聽到朋友說 永和的房價未來會下修 這一陣子似乎真的有感覺到 之前看到遠雄左案有一個戶 有人賣的價錢單價從71殺到61 剛剛又看到一個萬事達的頂樓建案 單價也才49萬 http://hibid.hinet.net/biditemdetailaction.do?bidSn=2800009 我記得之前看到萬事達(非頂樓)有人賣的單價都在55~65 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.249.205.112
