因為最近有被警察突然包夾攔下, 加上剛又看到八卦板關於無端被當成詐騙嫌疑犯的文章, 所以想問一下板上的大大, 1,被警察攔下時,可以要求看警察的證件,或請他告知姓名, 或在上面都無法時,把手機拍他騎乘警車的車牌, 以便日後投訴態度等問題嗎? 2.在警局做筆錄時,可以自己也同步錄音(錄影)嗎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.228.159.183
