標題[請問] 關於護膝

因為運動傷害造成一邊的膝蓋受傷 想請問使用包覆型護膝時是雙腿都要戴亦或只戴受傷那隻腿就好? 原以為哪邊痛就治哪邊 但有人說護膝只戴單腿的話 以後腿形左右會不對稱? 因為現用護膝的束縛力頗緊 這點的確讓我有所疑慮 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.227.2.241
