想問各位大大們…… 我於今年2月分進入一間事務所當助理 當初面試時說過了試用期會調薪 結果只給了一些津貼（交通、績效……）並不固定，也微乎其微 ＞＞＞底薪完全沒變動~~ 還跟我說半年會調一次，到現在完全沒變，津貼也沒變多…… Q請問是不是不太合理？ Q想問問大家 一般上班多久會調薪呢？ 調多少算合理？ 因為這件事困擾並且心情低潮的我…… -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 27.245.9.164
