立法院今一讀通過醫糾需先行送調解

立法院衛環委員會今天審理醫療糾紛處理及醫療事故補償法草案，委員會一審通過，醫病雙方遇到醫療糾紛時，應先行調解，除非當事人明確表明不願調解，否則檢察官偵查或法院審判的刑事案件涉及醫療糾紛爭議時，應函請或移付管轄之調解會先行調解。

立委蘇清泉表示，如果該法條能立法通過，代表我國醫糾處理「劃時代的進步」。
