彰化縣大統公司負責人高振利涉嫌在橄欖油等四十八種油品內摻棉籽油、銅葉綠素等販售，彰化地檢署今天以違反食品衛生法、詐欺罪嫌等起訴高振利，創國內違反食品衛生案件爆發後十天即起訴的記錄，彰化地檢署襄閱主任檢察官黃智勇表示，高振利涉偽摻油品長達七年，惡性重大，不法所得高達十八億五千萬元，請求法院從重量刑，詐欺罪應分論併罰。
