王陽明前陣子因拍「飛越龍門客棧」拍夜戲熬夜，皮膚變得粗糙、長粉刺，滿臉像過敏，後來才發現除了生活作息正常，臉部清潔也很重要，他平日僅著重在基礎保養，不愛敷面膜、不上妝，出席活動也素顏見客，頭髮抓一抓就可以，整裝上台只需5分鐘。

他因愛衝浪，防曬乳液用得兇，特別注重臉部清潔，平常也不敷臉，「沒想過要用、也沒有，就更不會用。」就怕被笑「娘」！
