最近變天，臉脫皮到泛紅，而且有長紅色小痘痘 後來爬文擦了"潔美淨層脂質調理霜" 狀況是好很多，但現在問題來了 "早上"我是用清水洗 "晚上"呢? 正常來說，皮膚乾可以用清水洗就好，可是我有塗保養品耶== 所以我應該1還是2呢? 1. 清水 -> 調理霜 2. 用洗面乳洗 -> 調理霜 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.45.14.17
