18650行動電源挑選，有大大推淘寶的店家嗎?

最近想買行動電源
相中了18650的電池盒

但問了些淘寶的賣家
不是說電池不能發到台灣來，就是說寄到台灣OK但要+30郵資(網頁上都寫寄到台北是免運了= =問了才說要錢)

想請問各位大大再淘寶買的18650電池都是跟哪些店家買呢?
若不能在這邊說可以麻煩私訊小弟嗎?

小弟看上的是ENB的電源盒
可以最多裝上三顆18650
有大大用過這牌的電源盒嗎??
還是另外有推薦的電源盒或者優良牌子CP值也高的行動電源嗎?

需求是:7800~10400毫安培
預算:500~1000元
