各位版友您們好: 有關訴願法第六條及第十二條有個疑問想請教! 這兩條各自應用的時機沒問題,但關於"共同上級機關"與"共同直接上級機關"區別? 若以老師舉之台中市環保局及南投縣環保局為例的話 適用第六條(共為行政處分)時,人民要向"環境部"提訴願 那若是在適用第十二條管轄權爭議時,應該向"共同直接上級機關"是誰呢? 煩請版友可以替我解惑一下嗎?感激不盡! 另外想順道請問各位,在讀這些機關組織的層級時,有甚麼方式可以分享嗎?我老是會 搞混,背了又像得失憶症一樣XD 再次謝謝~:) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.250.86.249
