假結婚助陸女來台 稱為報恩

失業已久的六旬殘障男子，受僱打零工後，同意假結婚幫老闆娘的陸籍阿姨來台，被移民署查訪後，坦承充當人頭。

內政部入出國及移民署台南市第一專勤隊今天指出，領有中度殘障手冊的黃姓男子，一直找不到工作，最後受僱到工地打零工，黃男感激老闆不嫌棄他肢體殘障，加上老闆娘不斷遊說，同意和老闆娘的陸籍阿姨假結婚。

黃男供稱，老闆娘也是陸配，已取得中華民國身分證，老闆娘的陸籍阿姨居住在中國大陸福建，比他小10歲，假結婚目的是想讓對方到台灣打工賺錢。黃男到大陸假結婚的機票食宿都是由老闆夫婦支出。

不過，當黃男申請陸配來台，移民署第一專勤隊發現黃男生活困頓，又是肢障，不禁問說，「你的手有受傷過，大陸老婆來台灣後，生活上有沒有困難？需不需要轉知社政機關協助？」。就這麼幾句話，黃男感動到坦承充當人頭假結婚。

專勤隊得知後傳訊相關人等，以偽造文書罪嫌函送全案。
