標題[問題] 利用買保險的方式加薪請益

請問一下大家， 上個月老闆答應讓我每個月加薪六千元， 不過老闆娘知道了以後不太滿意， 所以派公司的企管顧問來和我談，說只能給我加兩千元， 剩下的四千就是去購買增額終身壽險(六年期) 公司為要保人，我為被保人，離職之後要保人改為我， 我覺得這樣的方式很不妥， 不過我也想不出有甚麼方案可以提出， 所以想要請教一下各位，若以這樣的情況， 有甚麼替代方案可以提出呢? 感謝各位。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.128.102.58
