環評會首度有準司法官旁聽見學

美麗灣、中科四期等環保訴訟愈來愈多，環保署今天上午環評大會首次有準司法官參與旁聽。10名司法官訓練所第54期的學員，從10月21日起到環保署實習兩周，在結業前兩天參與「六輕廠區工安事件環境監測與蒐證方法之因應對策」大會討論案。

環保署表示，司法官學員實習每年一梯，過去環評課程都以書面形式上課，但司法官學長姊希望能增加臨場感，今天首度讓這群準司法官學員實際參與會議，希望能協助準司法官在未來的裁決中，更清楚環評過程。
