【方翊倩／綜合報導】台南一名女子肚子痛跑到彰化向「鑑因法師」吳其鑑求助，他卻裝神弄鬼，摸她胸部說「鬼就躲在那裡」。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，受害女子指控，她肚子痛到員林鎮的蓮社求助，76歲鑑因法師竟伸手進衣服裡，撫摸她胸部說「鬼就躲在那裡」。還說「妳這次隔太久了喔！這次卡很緊！」要她把胸罩解開，揉捏她的乳房。吳其鑑強調絕無強制猥褻，而是為她加持，且有得到女子同意。檢方認為，吳其鑑在佛教界佔有一席之地，卻心生淫念，敗壞社會風氣甚鉅，昨依妨害性自主罪起訴，請求院方從重量刑。
