年底實施油品風險燈號制　分紅黃綠藍燈

【邱俊吉／台北報導】衛福部食藥署表示，今年底起實施油品風險燈號的措施，日後一遇食品事件，將依照風險發布紅燈、黃燈、藍燈、綠燈。紅燈風險最高、短期食用即有礙健康，綠燈風險最低，屬標示不符或不明、無礙健康。食藥署認為，有此燈號，任何教育程度者一看就知道現在的食品事件有多高風險，而這次黑心油案，研判起來僅綠燈等級的健康風險。
