涉詐宏達電 佳元廠長承認假發票

檢調偵辦宏達電ＨＴＣ商業間諜及掏空案，再查出首席設計師兼副總簡志霖與處長吳建宏，涉嫌於去年6月間向合作廠商「佳元公司」索取不實發票，向ＨＴＣ詐領700萬元，昨天搜索佳元，帶回廠長陳忠貴等5人偵訊。

陳忠貴承認提供假發票核銷，檢方訊後依違反證交法命陳交保3萬元；檢方昨天也提訊吳建宏釐清，吳承認詐領款項。

檢方調查，吳建宏利用與「佳元公司」合作研發手機殼業務的機會，要求陳忠貴提供假發票報帳，從去年中至今年初，總計詐領ＨＴＣ700萬元公款。

另外，ＨＴＣ前製造設計部資深經理洪琮鎰離職後，自行開設「萬富隆」公司，承攬手機上鑽孔業務，洪希望產品驗收能迅速通過，給予吳建宏600萬元回扣，要吳驗收時放水護航。據了解，吳建宏這部分也自白犯罪，承認收受的回扣拿去買保時捷跑車。
