我10月11日牽機車

到今天也1個月了!

我想問

要怎分辨是領牌車 或是新車牌

我的車牌是6碼

有人說看 行照上面出廠日期跟 發照日期

我的是

發照日期:102.10.11
換補發日期:102.10.11
出廠日期:2013.10

是新車牌嗎?

還有

現在還要將行照帶在身上嘛?

家人說不用 只要報身分證就好了

第一次牽機車 問題有點多
