有效期限延2年販售？檢調搜索澱粉大廠

檢調接獲檢舉，指生產澱粉大廠味元企業公司將過期澱粉重新加工、包裝，並將有效期限延長2年上架販售，影響食安，台北地檢署上午指揮調查局台北市調查處持搜索票蒐證，前往味元台北總公司等3地搜索，查扣大批過期食品，並約談味元負責人等多人到案偵訊，全案依違反食品健康管理法、偽造文書及詐欺方向偵辦。
