背包客偷蘋果　被逮辯稱「台灣水果太好吃」

【陳建緯／台北報導】台北市1名希臘籍觀光客Loukas，昨早在西門町內便利商店，被店員發現他口袋鼓鼓地走出店外，店員發現時追出去將他攔下，他非但不從還試圖將店員推開逃跑，結果幾名店員將他合力逮捕送警查辦。
 
警察到場後，從他身上口袋中，發現他將4瓶果汁飲料分別藏在4個口袋內，另外個藏了1顆蘋果放在內層的大口袋中。有趣的是，他竟然向警察辯稱，因為近年希臘國內景氣很差，都吃不到新鮮的水果，來到台灣後發現，台灣的水果實在太好吃了，意圖博得同情。如此好笑的理由讓承辦警員哭笑不得。
