憂鬱症，我本身得過，也交過嚴重憂鬱症的女友.. 我想您該注意的是 1.不要想靠「自己的力量幫助他」，因為這需要專業 一個搞不好，你可能反而會傷害他，而且你會被她的情緒拖下去 所以請務必讓他尋求專頁醫師的協助 2.想幫助必須量力而為，因為跟憂鬱症患者在一起久了 人可能會不知不覺變得一起憂鬱（最可怕的是你不一定有自覺） 3.或許您可以請他去接受專業醫師的診斷，確認病情 或許她沒有您想像的那麼嚴重，如果真是如此，您或許比較放得下 我會這樣說，是因為真正重度憂鬱的人，是連交友的力氣根意願都沒有的.. 祝您跟她都平安～ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.224.184.87 ※ 編輯: MaiLu 來自: 36.224.184.87 (11/17 03:46)
