新竹市府施工截斷軍用油管　陸軍依法求償

（軍聞社記者莊家宏臺北廿六日電）針對媒體報導「新竹軍用油管遭市府施工截斷，2萬加侖油淹馬路」一情，陸軍司令部今天表示，昨(25)日上午新竹市政府進行經國路與延平路口地下水道工程時，因承商未經協調逕行施工而挖損軍用油管，報載承商工地主任表示「事前會勘軍方確認為廢油管」與事實不符，特此澄明。

　陸軍司令部指出，此次油料流失概約3,500加侖，並非媒體報導2萬加侖，有關損失及復原費用，該部將循法律途徑向承商及相關單位提出求償。
