評估聯準會退場時間　美股早盤震盪走低

【賴宇萍╱綜合外電報導】美國第3季經濟成長率上修至3.6%，上周初領失業救濟金人數降至9月初以來新低29.8萬人，應證美國經濟正持續復甦，投資人雖樂見經濟數據改善，但憂心美國聯邦準備理事會（聯準會，Federal Reserve，Fed）可能因此提早縮減QE（Quantitative Easing，量化寬鬆），美股3大指數早盤震盪走低。

亞特蘭大Fed總裁洛克哈特（Dennis Lockhart）呼籲，Fed在考量縮減每月850億美元（2.5兆元台幣）的購債規模時，應宣布購債總額的上限，或提出減碼的時間表。洛克哈特表示，Fed應在12月以及未來幾次例會上考慮是否減碼QE。
