【戴之聖、李姿慧╱綜合報導】黃色小鴨將於本月二十一日現身基隆港，全台首創可三百六十度旋轉的小鴨浮台昨下水測試，強調能對抗港區可能出現的七級陣風，主辦單位也透露小鴨轉圈時會發出「呱呱」叫聲，儼然是超大型旋轉音樂盒。為迎接小鴨熱，港區周圍飯店、餐廳推小鴨景觀房及餐點，台鐵與國光客運為疏運旅客，彩繪小鴨車廂、增開班次。
