涉貪案定讞 郭瑤琪限制出境

（中央社記者劉世怡台北6日電）前交通部長郭瑤琪被控在台北車站招標案中收受廠商2萬美元賄款，昨天遭判8年定讞。台北地檢署今天指出，已啟動防逃機制。

判決指出，南仁湖集團為搶標台北車站大樓整建營運及商場租標案，負責人李清波涉嫌於民國95年間，指示他人將2萬美元裝入茶葉罐，交給郭瑤琪。郭瑤琪事後在交通部部務會報對標案關切；南仁湖集團最後未參與投標。

法院審理期間，郭瑤琪一度遭判無罪，但台灣高等法院更一審認為收款與職務構成對價，改判有罪。高院更二審判決郭瑤琪8年徒刑、褫奪公權4年。最高法院昨天駁回上訴，全案定讞。

台北地檢署在得知判決確定後，依據最高檢察署訂定的「防範刑事案件被告逃匿聯繫作業要點」，啟動防逃機制，已對郭瑤琪限制出境、出海，並指揮司法警察實施監控。1021206
