標題[補習] 有無講解法條時,淺白易懂的師資?

現在在台北知名補習班上課 法學是紅牌師資 但因為個人資質較愚鈍 覺得法條有時並不是很好理解 課前預習不順利 老師上課又很快 對我來說我希望能有個師資 上法學時主要針對法典.講解法條 帶法條時每一條都用自己的話講解或舉例 我的問題是: 1.文字雖看得懂 但不了解法條中描述的狀況及情境為何 為何須要有該但書之規定.. 這樣的規定是出於何種原因...等等 2.法條的句法根本上的迂迴.拐彎抹角,讀起來很不順會卡住 但有時或許只是簡單的一個概念我自己抓不到 而鑽研在不是重點的字句上 所以想請大家推薦不錯的師資 我想跟法條當好朋友~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 219.85.30.195
