1、 房屋地點：大雅區 離逢甲不超過5km 2、 房屋屋齡：至多25 3、 房屋類型：公寓 要有管理員 及孩子可以玩的中庭 4、 所在樓層：不要2F 頂F 5、 房屋坪數：實際主建坪25以上 6、 房屋格局：3房 (不要2+1) 7、 房屋座向：公寓就沒特別什麼向，但是客廳或房間或陽台要能有陽光暖烘烘 不是照不到只有亮亮的感覺而已 8、 屋前巷(路)寬：不限 9、 購屋預算 :500-600萬 (看空屋 還是中等裝潢以上) 10、 有無陽台：需要陽光 有地方曬衣服即可 11、 有無停車位：要有停車位 平面佳 機械就看其他條件綜合考慮 12、 交通：離學區要近，附近國小不超過600m (孩子可自己步行上國小) 目前心中已經有一案500萬的公寓，3房平車，學區近，但沒有裝潢、陽光也沒那麼充足 若有更好的選擇，會願意多一點，但至多也只能600 請站內信連絡 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 163.23.67.234
