They are looking for one representative to be stationed in Taipei City to look after compliance policies on behalf of their clients. 【工作內容】 ＊Candidate will be reporting to Program Manager in Singapore and will be sitting in one of their client’s office to execute their trade compliance policies and procedures set by the corporate compliance team ＊Monitor the trading process and ensure it complies with the up-to-date statutory standards and regulations no matter in local Taiwan and other regions ＊Resolve possible crisis related to any shipments and orders in due diligence ＊Ensure all potential compliance issues are in a timely to escalate to the appropriate management ＊Perform as a subject matter expert in between client and them ＊Prepare regular compliance reports
【工作職缺】 ＊University degree or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration ＊3-8 years relevant experience in global trade compliance include import/export, warehouse, physical distribution, duty brokerage and customs and etc ＊Familiar with local trade statutory regulations in Taiwan is a must ＊Extensive knowledge of regional trade and harmonized tariff; and brokerage or other trade operational experience is desirable ＊Experience in handling license application is desirable ＊Strong analytical and problem solving skills ＊Good spoken and written English ＊Must work under pressure ＊Good presentation skills to communicate with all levels ＊Native in Mandarin or Cantonese, Fluent in English
