防日月光脫產　環署：將助高市申請假扣押

【洪敏隆／台北報導】環保署今與高雄市環保局討論不法利得計算方式，環保署長沈世宏說，因為之前追討不法利得過程，曾發生業者脫產情況，環保署將協助高雄市環保局向法院申請假扣押，預防日月光脫產。

另外，立委田秋堇等人要求，環署應令有違規紀錄的廠商的廢水處理設施所裝設的電表，應數位化與政府環保單位連線，一旦電表紀錄異常，就應加強稽查，沈世宏回應會研究辦理，要求廠商落實。
