Fed：超低利率將持續較預期更久

【陳智偉／綜合外電報導】美國聯邦準備理事會（Federal Reserve，Fed）雖減碼購債計劃，啟動QE（Quantitative Easing，量化寬鬆）退場，但強調QE未來完全退場後，仍將維持寬鬆貨幣環境，超低利率將持續比先前預期更長一段時間。
 
Fed在聯邦公開市場委員會（Federal Open Market Committee，FOMC）會後發布聲明指出，經多方面評估，FOMC如今預期，在失業率降至6.5%目標後，聯邦基金利率還會繼續維持在目前目標範圍（0~0.25%），尤其若通膨率持續低於2%長期目標。
 
FOMC先前會後聲明都僅稱，超低利率政策至少維持到失業率降至6.5%目標，此次則更進一步強調會持續到失業率降至6.5%目標之後。
