高清愿請辭　羅智先接棒統一超董座

【財經中心／台北報導】統一超（2912）今天下午公告，原董事長高清愿請辭，董事會推選羅智先繼任董事長，統一超強調，高清愿仍為公司董事。
 
高清愿繼上個月請辭統一（1216）董事長後，昨日再度宣布請辭統一實（9907）董事長，今天更將統一超董座交棒給羅智先，接班布局已大致完成。
