2基因異常　罹巴金森氏症風險增

【方翊倩／綜合報導】台大醫院昨發表最新研究，首度發現國人若FBOX7、GAK兩種基因表現異常，可能導致體內鈣離子失調，提高罹巴金森氏症風險。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，台大醫院神經部教授吳瑞美昨說，9成5巴金森氏症患者與基因表現異常有關。其研究蒐集國內巴金森氏症患者、健康民眾各500人，比對基因表現後發現，若FBOX7基因表現異常，易誘發年輕型（50歲以下）巴金森氏症，若GAK基因表現異常，也會增加罹病風險。研究另發現BST1基因表現異常者，又長期飲用含重金屬的地下水，罹病風險也比其他人高1.6倍。
