手機簡訊可以接收，但是傳送不出去，已經送過原廠重灌過，手機訊息中心號碼設定無誤，簡訊還是一樣無法傳送，不管重開機幾次都在傳送中，然後下載通知清除不掉，只要關完網路重開網路，又會出現，手機也恢復原廠設定很多次，上禮拜也是送回原廠重灌軟體過，有大大知道如何解決嗎？還是再送回原廠一次？
