【施旖婕╱綜合外電報導】歐洲太空總署的研究人員近日發現，在木星炸薯條，會讓薯條更香脆，而且更快炸好。

據美國《赫芬頓郵報》報導，研究人員指出，木星的地心引力是地球的3倍。而言救人員改裝了一個旋轉式工業用炸鍋，模仿木星的壓力環境，它能產生相當於地球地心吸力1.8~9倍的離心力。當薯條放進機器炸時，熱力更快從油傳至薯條，讓薯條更快炸好。

此外，研究員也發現，若在地心吸力較弱的火星或月球炸，薯條會較軟不好吃。因此研究員推測，木星可能是太陽系中最快炸好薯條的地方。
