台鐵霸位男被停職 鞠躬道歉

在台鐵列車上霸位、又對規勸的國內槍彈鑑識專家林茂雄丟擲口中珍珠的陳姓男子，在社會輿論撻伐下今天出面道歉；陳男在鏡頭前不斷重覆「對不起，我錯了」，且8次鞠躬，希望大家再給他一次機會。

33歲陳姓男子是三商電腦板橋分公司自動售票機維修工程師，遭他回嗆、丟珍珠的則是警察大學副教授退休的72歲林茂雄。

三商電腦總經理是警政署警友總會理事，長期支持警政工作；陳男「有眼不視泰山」，竟對國內眾多警官老師的林茂雄丟珍珠，已被公司停職處分。

有官警說，林茂雄在校教學嚴謹，是很正直的人，會訓斥霸占博愛座的陳姓男子，不意外。

陳姓男子日前搭台鐵電聯車喝珍珠奶茶，用行李霸占3個車位，包括博愛座；林茂雄好意規勸，陳不理會，還與林爆發口角，甚至將口中珍珠丟向林茂雄。

陳的行徑被其他乘客拍下PO上網後，被封為「珍珠哥」，網友一片撻伐；陳今天先透過電話向林茂雄道歉，隨後主動聯絡媒體，戴棒球帽、口罩出面向社會大眾鞠躬道歉。
