穆迪調升愛爾蘭評級到Baa3

國際債信評鑑公司穆迪17日將歐元國愛爾蘭的評級拉離垃圾級，從Ba1調升為投資級Baa3，而且展望正向，以「表彰」愛爾蘭從巨額的歐盟和IMF紓困方案畢業。這項調升，著眼點包括愛爾蘭近來經濟成長上升，長期成長潛力，以及在資本市場募資的能力俱見提升，可望扭轉愛爾蘭的公共財務狀況。穆迪並指出，愛爾蘭由於償債與舉債的能力大有改進，而在去年12月「如期」從紓困方案退場。
