教練建議我吃「乳清蛋白」，有推薦的嗎?

基本上我是一隻都市白斬雞，沒什麼在運動，
其實也不想練出一身肌肉，那跟我的氣質不符。

但我前幾天遇到朋友的朋友是個健身教練，
他建議我瘦沒關係，但要結實一點，
叫我要補充乳清蛋白，但乳清蛋白不是健身的人在吃的嗎?
吃多會變大隻佬嗎? 另外請問大家有推薦的品牌嗎?
