電腦有重開後有滑鼠箭頭沒畫面

最近電腦用一段時間然後重開機時，
桌面會整片黑只剩滑鼠箭頭和"ADSL立即連線"的小視窗，
將"ADSL立即連線"的小視窗關閉後，
滑鼠可以正常移動，但不管如何點擊桌面都沒有反應，
系統是Win7，鍵盤按Ctrl+Alt+Del還可以正常運作，
然後再一次重開後就沒問題了。

但是下一次再用一段時間然後重開機時，
還是會發生一樣的狀況...

想請問一下我的電腦發生了甚麼問題??

這是在我用的Avast免費家用版防毒軟體系統升級後才發現的，
剛升到2014.9.0.2011版本後才有這狀況出現，
這會跟防毒系統有關嗎??
