標題[討論] 離職預告期

各位版友好，想請問大家一個問題 小弟今天跟主管口頭提出離職，預計3/5離開 可能因為剛發年終就馬上提，主管不爽 主管要求我隔天就離職，薪資只計算到1/29 如果我不願意接受，堅持要做到3/5，但公司強制要求我隔天離職 是否可以要求非自願離職證明？ 感謝各位前輩解惑！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.224.176.72
