房子是2層的屋.室友是2個中國人.不包水電煤上網...3個人冬天平均(less than 70 pounds) 一個浴室, 一個廚房
這個房子有自己一個洗手間..房子跟花園連住(方便抽煙的朋友, 還可以燒烤)。房子已包傢俱

上學交通:
走路 15-20分鍾到 The university of liverpool and Liverpool international college , TAXI 不到5分鍾, 巴士10-15鍾分到
CITY CENTRE 交通:
巴士 and Taxi 不用5分鍾到CITY CENTRE, 走路 15-20分鍾
安全:
這區附近都有很多華人, 小黑人, 車多, 人流多, 所以是比較安全的一個區
食的方面:
房子附近有間中國takeaway,幾間炸雞店
買東西:
外面有雜課店, 賣酒的店, 走路5分鍾有一間很大的 24小時 Tesco and 一間Costa

休閒:
附近有2間體育館 走路不到5分鍾 就可以到 Life style (公共體育館) 可以 游泳 GYM, Sauna
還有另外一間體育館 可以打籃球 AND 打足球.
