日本訂房消費稅問題

我是新手先跟各位大大前輩說聲你好。我的問題是關於日本2014/5漲消費稅問題，我如果現在已在飯店的官網訂好5月的房間，因為都是check out才付費那我是不是會被追加稅錢?目前飯店的房錢是秀已含稅但那是用目前的稅率來計算的。
既然付款日是四月後, 那價格應該就要以8%稅率計算
